With a background in behavioral psychology, Tiffany has experience working with children, adolescents and adults. She has provided her clients case management services to former foster youth, case management for hospitalized geriatric patients, psychotherapy and empowerment groups for students out of Frisco ISD, psychosocial assessments for patients undergoing bariatric surgery, adoption readiness and kinship/adoption studies, addiction recovery support groups, employment coaching, and psychotherapy for all ages.

Tiffany began her clinical work in 2008 and has worked as a contract therapist for several private practices in the area. She believes that most people could benefit from some form of psychotherapy, because the practice of psychotherapy allows a person to have a safe place to discuss stressors in their life with a trained, non-biased, non-judgmental and professional party.

Tiffany's primary focus over the last 2 years has been utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) as a primary tool to help people with traumatic memories and anxiety management.  She completed extensive training through the EMDR Institute and she is an EMDR trained clinician.  Tiffany has worked with a variety of first-responders, business professionals, physicians, health-care professionals, along with teenagers, college students, and others on reducing their anxiety through EMDR therapy.

If you think are experiencing anxiety and have an interest in treatment through EMDR, don't hesitate to contact our office at 817.539.2282.
